XBM MOVE CLUB

YOUR INFORMATION.

When you join Move Club, we store your first name, email address, consent, signup time and any optional mobile number or Equation preference you provide.

XBM uses these details to manage your membership and send the release updates and Move Club news you request. Our website hosting and email delivery providers process information needed to store your signup and deliver those emails.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our announcement emails. Contact xbmfashions@gmail.com to ask about your information, correct it, withdraw consent or request deletion. We will review your request and explain any records we need to retain.

Email confirmation and remembered devices

We send a one-time confirmation link when you join or request access on a new device. Links expire in 24 hours. After confirmation, a necessary secure cookie remembers your membership on that browser for 30 days so we can apply your member benefit. It is separate from optional analytics and works when analytics are declined.

We store your verification date and hashed, expiring confirmation and device tokens. Expired tokens are removed in batches as verification requests are processed. Where our hosting supplies an IP address, we use a short-lived hash to limit repeated email requests; we do not store the raw address in these records. Use Forget this device to remove access on a shared browser. Unsubscribing from news does not cancel your member benefit.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, we collect anonymous browser-session identifiers, page and section identifiers, approximate click positions, scroll depth, active time and signup or shopping steps. This helps us understand where visitors click, pause or leave a journey.

We do not record form text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, full URLs, IP addresses or screen recordings in this analytics feature. We do not link these analytics records to membership or order records. Repeated clicks and pauses are possible friction signals, not proof of hesitation.

Analytics events appear in a rolling 30-day reporting window and are visible as aggregate reports to the store owner. Expired events are removed when the site collects activity or loads a report. Browser sessions reset after 30 minutes of inactivity or a new day. You can decline or withdraw permission at any time using . Withdrawal stops future collection; previously collected anonymous events are removed through the same retention process. We respect Global Privacy Control signals.

Orders are closed during this pre-launch stage. This page does not accept payments.

Optional app usage analytics

With analytics permission, we also measure shopper app visits, browser-reported installation events, standalone (home-screen) sessions and returning-browser sessions. Installation reporting is incomplete, particularly on iPhones; these are not exact download counts or unique people. A local record of the last consenting app session helps recognise a later session in the same browser within 30 days. We do not send a persistent device identifier or connect this record to your membership. The record is replaced on a later consenting visit, ignored after 30 days and cleared when permission is withdrawn. App events follow the same 30-day retention and owner-only reporting rules above.

Visits and product interest

With your analytics permission, XBM records anonymous browser sessions, page views, product identifiers and broad traffic-source categories such as Google, Instagram, email or direct. We also record a small set of predefined XBM campaign and ad identifiers from advertising links to compare visits, signup requests and confirmed memberships. Older registration totals are labelled separately. Confirmation on a different device or outside the anonymous session cannot be attributed to the original visit. Full referring URLs, search terms, arbitrary campaign text, form contents and contact or payment details are not stored in these reports. Reports cover consenting visits only and retain data for up to 30 days. Change your preference through Privacy choices.
